Guidelines for supplied digital files

Please provide the following specifications and item to Balioffset

• Title
• Trimsize
• Paper Count
• Paper Stock
• Number of images
• Line Screen
• Proof requirement
• Type and quantity of supplied digital media
• Any additional information about the job

Note on supplied Hard-Copy:
Please send a 100% hard copy printout with trim marks made from the file that is supplied on the disk.Please do not make changes to the digital files after you have made this printout.If you find errors you need to ---

correct,please re-output the pages(or entire document)after making the changes.It is extremely important that this prinout match the digital files.

Accepatable Media and File Tranfer:

• CD/DVD
• FTP Upload

Compressed File Formats:

• ZIP (.zip-commonly PC)
• Stuffit (.sit-commonly Macintosh)

Note on compressed File Formats:
Compressing your file allows more data to fit onto a disk and shortens network upload/download time if you use FTP server.Balioffset welcomes you to use compression on your included artwork,but please choose one of the following formats.
